Tour Overview
2N Shimla-4N Manali
DAY 1 – ARRIVE AT CHANDIGARH
Arrive at Chandigarh airport and transfer to Shimla. Upon arrival at Shimla, check in to the hotel and
overnight stay at Shimla.
DAY 2 – KUFRI EXCURSION – SHIMLA LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Post breakfast, day 2 is scheduled for an excursion to Kufri, a must-visit place. Placed at an altitude of
2290 m above sea level, Kufri is blessed with tranquility and scenery. It is dotted with tourist
attractions. Later, visit the famous Mall Road in Shimla. Also, check out the pleasant small square
Scandal Point and Jakhoo Temple. Return to your hotel and overnight stay in Shimla.
DAY 3 – TRANSFER FROM SHIMLA TO MANALI
After breakfast on the 3rd day, get transferred by road to Manali- one of the most popular hill
stations in India. Placed at an altitude of 2050 m above sea level, Manali is a very popular hill station
flocked by a large number of tourists every year. On reaching, check-in at the hotel. Get some rest.
After that you can stroll around the local markets. Later back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Manali.
DAY 4 –MANALI- LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, walk through Manali town visiting the newly constructed Buddhist Monastery and the
handicraft center. Later, visit the Hadimba Devi, Jagatsukh and Vashist kund. Then, take a walk up to
the old Vashist village. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel. Overnight stay
at Manali.
DAY 5– ROHTANG PASS EXCURSION
Drive to Rohtang Pass for breathtaking views of the Himalayas and enjoy activities like snow sports
(subject to availability and weather conditions). Visit Solang Valley for adventure activities like
paragliding and zorbing. Return to Manali in the evening. Overnight stay at Manali.
DAY 6– MANALI TO NAGGAR EXCURSION
Visit Naggar Castle, an ancient castle with impressive architecture. Explore the Nicholas Roerich Art
Gallery to view the works of the famous Russian artist. Return to Manali in the evening. Overnight
stay at Manali.
DAY 7: DEPARTURE
After breakfast, check out from the hotel, and you will be dropped at Chandigarh Airport for your onward journey.
