Terms & Condition:

• Payment : To process. Please arrange to payment to our Bank Account,
• We will refund fully the 1^st Payment, if we fail to provide work Permit within a schedule time.
• If VISA is rejected by client makes a mistake answering question to Embassy, we will not refund to client. Non-Refundable. Then Rest Amount will not charge to client if VISA is rejected.
• Embassy have right to accept and reject any file without any declaration. In this case, with no negligence and irregularity of process from our side, then the processing amount will not refund.
• After getting the Work Permit and before VISA Submission to Embassy, We need to do Agreement in Stamp Paper with Client where their parents/ relatives will be the personal guarantor of Rest Payment after VISA. If the passenger is fail to make payment the rest amount within 10 days of notification, we will take necessary measure. In that case, Principal will refuse the passenger and Immigration notify and entry block in the airport.
